Mile One
ARCHITECTURE | CULTURAL PRESERVATION
Summary
MileOne’s incubator and co-working space is designed to connect local entrepreneurs, inspire collaboration, and coach ideas into reality. The building takes over a repurposed car dealership. Along the brick walls are remnants of the original colors and stucco; Able City architects creatively engaged with the space in a way that preserved openings for the original elements to shine through.
The space is an open floor plan, lined by a perimeter of private offices. Users can rent an office or, with membership, use the kitchen area, desks, and other amenities.
