Summary

The River Pierce Foundation Board of Directors selected a multidisciplinary team to prepare the Historic Structure Report (HSR) for the Treviño–Uribe Rancho. The team conducted archival and physical investigations, prioritized preservation efforts and needs, made recommendations of appropriate treatment methods, identified sympathetic potential uses for the historic property, and developed a scope of work and budget for its preservation and restoration.
