Summary

El Metro Operational Analysis: Able City lead the community engagement effort for the El Metro Comprehensive Operational Analysis. The team conducted a series of public meetings, pop-ups, and stakeholder meetings to listen and learn from riders and non-riders of El Metro. For this project specifically community engagement was vital to the comprehensive analysis, as the technical team analyzed the existing conditions and conducted a gap analysis Able City understood the challenges and constrains that riders and non-riders face. The collaboration of the technical team and the community engagement which included riders and non-riders team produced the recommendations for a new network plan.
