Summary 

The team conducted a general assessment of the existing Unified Development Code, with a significant emphasis on the zoning code, to evaluate how well it implements SA Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan Goals and Policies, in terms of its content, structure,organization, clarity, ease of use, zoning districts and district standards, and procedures.
