Victoria Chavez is a highly skilled urban and environmental planner with experience across public, private, and regional sectors in the United States. She holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from Arizona State University, where she developed a strong foundation in sustainable development and community-focused planning.
Throughout her career, Victoria has demonstrated expertise in zoning diagnostics, comprehensive planning, and regulatory updates. She has held key roles with the City of Mesa, Upfront Planning, and the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC), where she led initiatives including public visioning sessions, demographic analyses, and master plan development. Her professional journey also includes an international planning internship in Ireland, providing her with a unique global perspective.
Now joining Able City in Texas, Victoria brings a broad understanding of planning challenges and solutions across the United States. Her work is defined by a commitment to creating resilient, inclusive, and well-designed communities.
