Summary

Our team worked with Laredo Main Street to establish Laredo’s first certified farmer’s market. The City established a policy and program to help maintain and fund the market. The market has given the downtown district, considered a food desert, an avenue to obtain fresh, locally-grown produce and contribute to the local economy thorough green community practices.
